Wilf Hall
This 34,000 square foot building was donated to NYU Law by the Wilf family as a legal research facility. Also housed in the building is a historic 97-seat drama theater, the Provincetown Playhouse, where Eugene O’Neill’s career began. This theater was meticulously restored and brought up to code. It expresses the original facade on MacDougal Street in modern hand laid brick. Wilf Hall was the fourth ground-up construction project in New York City to achieve Platinum LEED Certification. Design and management executed by Jess Walker at Morris Adjmi Architects. West Village, Manhattan Completed 2012 Contractor: Skanska
