Resonant of the renowned Leonhardt House (designed by Phillip Johnson), this 460 square-foot art studio was built in Lake Hill for a local artist who dreamed of a private, detached place to make art. Late modern detailing accompanied by full glass walls and steel diagonal tie rods were among the tributes to the Philip Johnson home of the artist’s childhood. The lovely studio sits in the center of a pristine, grassy meadow.
