Ladies Mile Historic District, Manhattan

16 West 21st Street is a thirteen-story, eight-unit, speculative condominium building in Chelsea. The interior decoration was done in collaboration with, and branded by, Zac Posen, an up-and-coming New York City based fashion designer. The facade referenced the similar tall metal and brick “sliver” buildings in this district but translated the traditional materials into all white glass with anodized aluminum trim. Design and management executed by Jess Walker at Morris Adjmi Architects.
