This 2,400 square foot single-family home is located on the side of Overlook Mountain. A cottage-like entry contrasts a modern glass facade facing south down the hill. Since the house resides on bedrock, passive solar energy is easily stored and spread throughout the house. The living room has a huge stone fireplace and a fourteen-foot high glass wall that highlights the spectacular view upon entry.
