A neglected 1,600 square foot, 1960s modern single-family house was gut renovated into a two-bedroom home for a visual artist. Rich local materials were incorporated into a minimalist interior. Stained natural cedar siding compliments the flat roof and large picture windows. Outdoors, a large terrace is planted with local flora. Owner and designer - Efy Tal
